Refund Policy

30-day money-back guarantee

PermitFlow offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all PermitFlow orders. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout, or
• Email us at hi@permitflow.dev and we'll help process it.

Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Subscription cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. Cancellation on its own is not a refund — to request a refund within the 30-day window, follow the steps above.
